The recently restored Historical Archives of Giglio Island houses a fair amount of documentary holdings from themodern age onward, while older documents require access to other regional archives.
Of particular note are the records of the community in the brief French period and the Lorraine period.
However, it also holds more recent documents.
Its location, in place of the old public baths, has allowed for the redevelopment of a public space for community needs.
